Using Hemp Oil after Open Heart Surgery

I started using this Hemp Oil, because an Ayurveda Naturopath in my Yoga class suggested I try it. She said my anxiety could be contributing to my high high blood pressure. I told her I didn't want to take blood pressure medicine. She said try the Hemp Oil and see how it affects you.

I had open heart surgery June 15, 2016, for a valve repair and I feel great, yet when I'm under stress, I get that Flight or Fight feeling and my face gets flushed and my blood pressure goes up.

I bought a bottle from her and started off with two pumps of the oil under my tongue. I felt calm.

The next day I did 4 pumps of oil and wow, I felt ridiculously calm. I didn't feel stoned like smoking Pot, but it gave me that "feel good" feeling, without the high.

The third day I did another four pumps on an empty stomach and my focus became crystal clear. My anxiety lifted possibly because inflammation is beginning to settle down in my body and brain. Nothing bothers me. My anxiety is a 2 out of 10. My energy is up and I don't feel depressed.
